I want to do some dub drums. And as anyone whose listened to dub knows, a snare with some Delay is a necessity among other effects. But i want to know if i can apply these affects for only a portion of the track. How do i go about doing this?

Sure you can, assuming that you are using BFD2 in a sequencer and that you are using BFD2's own delay on an Aux track, you would want to setup an Automation map where you can can automate the send levels of the snare channels.
