 where is my serial number?
where is my serial number?
purchased the synths last night.. I dont have an email with my serial number... where can i find this?

well, this is turning into a waste of a weekend... took the fun out it a bit... i have no serial number and cannot authorise my synths

You can find it in your FXpansion account.
You get there by choosing "Community" from the menu on top of this page, followed by selecting "My Account"

nope, its not in my account... i have not registered it yet... i downloaded the pack last night, installed and ran the authorising software, but its asking for a serial (product key) number, and i dont have one

Check your e-mails/spam as afaik it should be sent with purchased downloads

Send in a support ticket via your user area along with proof of purchase and I'm sure they'll get back to you asap - though it might be next week or so as AES is on.
