Hi all,

GURU v1.5.2 is now available to download from the downloads area in your user account.

To access the new audio content, log in to your account and then choose the 'Extra Audio Content' tab in the GURU area of the main web site.

Version 1.5 features 3 Gigabytes of new audio content; a much enhanced Browser with slice sensitivity control; audio export; a multi-function Randomizer; improved keyboard support; sample reverse + duration control; support for triplets in the sequencer; and much more. See the attached PDF for full details.

thanks a bunch . 1.5 is a really BIG update... edit: download works with about 7kb/sec here (normally I get up to 200kb/sec), so I think MANY happy customers are downloading right now:-).

If I order this now from the shop will I have to wait for it in the mail? Also, is paypal a payment option? thanks!

Shipping takes about 2 days in the UK, 4 days to Europe, or usually 1 week to anywhere else in the world.

Most good hi-tech music stores also stock GURU, so that's another option. Sorry, but we don't take Paypal.

sounds really great .can upgrade while working on a tune or will i have to redo all mix after upgrade like in previous upgrade ???
or should rather complete the tune to upgrade ?????

As with all software, best not to upgrade to a new version mid-project. It shouldn't break anything, but I can't 100% guarantee that.

would like to know :
-is this update working properly or should we just wait next one .
-are the values of the knobs in sample edit view back on the screen .
-does the volume button work ,in the sequencer window(next to the tune button )
-is it possible to just download the samples and not upgrade ?
because already last upgrade pissed me off so now i am very scared when there is a new upgrade .specially that one because the triplet grid is like a very usefull ,but............ what i have to forget all my past work ?
to me it doesn t make sens that someone on earth could possibily want this to appened in his setup ,but i m dumb ,so.....

ps i have a lot of consideration for your team working in order to make the prog better and for having those upgrade for free .but i think i miss the point of the upgrade .

Sorry, but I have download the upgrade Guru 1.5 And Now I have a big problem:
I work with Acid Pro 6

When open a new work, I open Guru in Vst and I make a new beat line, for example. I save my project with Acid and I also save in Guru. I Close Acid. When I want to reopen my project, Acid don't find Guru and my line Beat saving!!

Have you understand my problem and if you have any solutions, can you explain me what can I do??

Yes, I think it's the lastest version of Acid Por 6 (version 6.0d)

For my system information:

- Microsoft Windows XP Pro (SP2)
- Intel Pentium 4, CPU 3.00GHZ
- 1.00Go Ram

Go to your user-home/Library/Preferences/DAE Prefs, and delete any files in there. That will force PT to update its cache of installed plug-ins, which should get 1.5.2 working again for you.

Also, which /exact/ version of PT LE are you running there i.e. 7.0, 7.1, 7.3, 7.4?
