Thanks Mayur. Let's hope you are right. The sound bank is now with FXpansion. It's done.
I've prepared lots of new demos, which hopefully will reveal much more than what's been posted so far.

By the way, this sound bank will NOT contain any percussion sounds.
My initial plan was to cover all ground and sound categories, but I changed my mind during the course of making the sound bank. The main reason was, with the drum sounds ( and also effects, chord sounds, etc) the sound bank would have been just too big. Way too big with over 400 presets (it is huge as it is ) So I decided to focus on specific sound categories. I'm planning to include percussion and drums in the follow up to this sound bank. Since Cypher's FM engine is superb, it does percussion sounds with style. In anycase, there will be extensive demos posted which will show what's included in the sound bank.

I know I am probably the only person in the world, but HOORAY for that.
I hate when non drum/percussion software synths come with percussion patches....... I already have RMX, Battery 3, tons of Kontakt libraries and a slew of others that take care of all my needs in that department.......
wonderful.

I think we were rushing to get this out this month, with the March newsletter. But, we'd need the official word from Angus, to confirm it.
Quote:wonderful.
I'm really hoping that it will be.

DAMN SON! You're a really good programmer! Really looking forward to this, especially the electro basses you showed off in the 4:28 demo! Are these going to make it into the bank? andddd of course, any word on release?

Hey! Thank you for the compliment.
With regards to the sound content...I can't remember what sounds you hear in the demo in this thread, that are included in the actual sound bank, most likely all. A lot has changed since I posted that demo, mostly for the better: more sounds, better quality, greater attention to detail, some nice emulations of classic sounds used in 1970s/80s synth based songs... There will be a new selection of detailed demos for the Cypher and Fusor presets.
I think those electro basses are there, as well as some full Moog Taurus style bass drones, which I haven't shown yet.
I had to do some more work on the sound bank since my last post here, hence the delay.
Release date ? The next newsletter from Fxpansion should announce it ( this month ?). I think the guys at FXpansion are making last preparations now...so fingers crossed.
Thank you for your interest. Stay tuned !

Just bought it. I've been waiting for these.
I love that old sound. Especially those 1970s Stevie Wonder/Hancock sounds.
