I´ve recently order BFDEco, my credit card is already billed with the purchase, on the ticket Nº 25328 it says that is was cancelled by me, but i never cancelled it, now i can´t login to that ticket saying authentification invalid, now one has respond my inquiries, i want to know if it has already been delivered or if there is a problem , i don´t want to to pay for something that will never arrive.-
