Squids, bought the TB kit. The presets (Ash and iMap 1  both have "Unknown Kit Piece" errors. It looks like some the cymbals didn't make it? Or, is it possible I have a bad install? No Kits showed up and no grooves. Is that correct? Just two presets with missing kit pieces.

Hmm, strange! My preset works fine here. I'll check it out in the next few days when I'm back in the studio if Allen doesn't sort it for you by then.

That's strange. Allen our support manager would be able to answer that one for you. Send him an email allen(at) esoundz (dot) com. He just got off work a few hours ago but he's pretty good about checking in on off hours too. I'll ping him as well about that just to be sure.
In any case, it will be sorted out whether it's an incomplete install or an issue on our end. No worries.

Just heard back from Allen already (told you he's good!). He said that he hasn't heard any reports of any issues from the customers who have bought it already - which is quite a few. So it could be an error on your side. He's out and about now but will check in later tonight or tomorrow if you want to email him or create a support ticket on esoundz.

 Rod Morgenstein kit????
Anyone else notice that the samples in the Rod Morgenstein kit are alot lower in volume then say the Andy John kit pieces? I am creating a custom kit from both kits and the Rod Morgenstein pieces are much lower in volume. I have to place a gain effect on the Rod Morgenstein piece to get it to the same volume as the Andy Johns piece.
Just wondering if it is just me or has anyone else noticed this.
