Introduction
BFD Lite is a feature-reduced version of FXpansion's best-selling BFD software drum instrument, which is bundled with selected products from Digidesign, Yamaha, Steinberg, Akai, Alesis, Focusrite, Novation, Presonus, Carillon and Muse Research.
It is intended to give you a taste of the BFD experience and what it can do for your music.
Please note that BFD Lite is not a full version of BFD, and cannot be used with the BFD2 upgrade!
BFD Lite limitations
The limitations of BFD Lite compared to the full version of BFD 1.5 are:
- 16 bit audio only
- Stereo output only
- Limited and non-expandable content (kits and grooves)
- Reduced detail kits
