Any news yet Angus?

Ok thanks for that tip. Im no longer having output irregularities as a result. However..... This midi drag and drop issue is driving me insane. I cant even drag internally now, from for example - the patterns folder to the pattern pads. It is only allowing me to insert a pattern with the 'auto' sele...

I have the Master set to 0db anyway. Even so it was set to All when i did the export, not Engine. I know how to mute the Engines output ok. But is there any way of not triggering GURU's transport (Play/Stop) button when auditioning material inside SONAR? This wasn't the cause of the spike i had befo...

red37 - you're not running anything "unusual" like a restricted non-Admin user account or a Unicode file system? No i have admin rights. Some 'other' issues are now rearing their heads though unfortunately. Like the output levels after recording to .wav being played back in Sonar. I will ...

Yes im on WinXP Sp3. The option is enabled also. I apologise earlier in the thread if i have come across abruptly. I understand as well the pressures of having 3 small children myself demanding your attention, interrupting workflow etc...what would we do without them though. But this issue is really...

red37 - are those MIDI files a different Type or on a different MIDI Channel than the ones you tried before..? Angus. I just did a simple test to confirm this. Opened GURU - loaded AA WZ 808 Clean 3 kit and a simple pattern, 'Breakin in Shoreditch' G24. I was able to drag from the 1st pattern pad t...

Btw. Iam not talking about internal loading/dragging of midi files/patterns within GURU. Nor exporting them to SONAR - Those functions all work fine. Its the external importing thats not functioning. I simply cannot get GURU to accept midi patterns created elsewhere to load/drop into the pattern pad...

Im on SONAR 8 PE. It neither works there nor in standalone. Something is not right here anyway, oh well. Thanks for the response.

This was not an issue (for me) with 1.5 though....

MIDI Drag and Drop

Can someone help. When i was demo'ing the previous version, i used to be able to both drag AND drop midi files to and from the pattern pads all the time. Has this function changed in 1.6? If so, how do i go about it. I was able to create simple midi files elsewhere with 1.5 (using for example) Micro...

Is there going to be an addendum Angus? Some of these new features are not as plain as day.

Thanks
