Topic: Conversion of older data files?

Hi,

I also would be especially interested in this utility.
Moving the data to an SSD improves load times quite a bit, but since these don't come cheap, every Gb saved counts !

Thanks,

iLok is a good idea in theory, but things happen in real life, like people stealing your iLok or an iLok getting misplaced, lost, and broken. When that happens it can be a huge pain to get access to your plugins that you paid for, in some extreme cases you can literally lose thousands of dollars wh...

iLok? NO, please. Why not ? It's really very convenient, you can use your software anywhere, a great proportion of commercial plugins use it, and it's quite cheap (35€). If the company goes out of business, you can still use your software, and you can insure the key for a fee if you're afraid of lo...

I second the request for deleting unused authorizations through the user panel, or alternatively, ilok.

Cheers,

+1 for iLok. I often switch computers (Mac/PC) and sometimes reformat the OS to get a clean streamlined OS.
Reauthorizing C/R software is a real pain in this scenario.

Default MIDI map issue people: please reinstall the BFD 2.3 update. Do NOT install anything else as a patch for the MIDI map issue - there are changes to the resources in the BFD 2.3 update, including MIDI maps. Now run BFD2 standalone again. If/when pain persists, close BFD2 standalone, and send s...

Thanks for the clarification. Is there any reason why the used up auth count doesn't show up in my user area ? I guess it might be difficult to identify a machine/setup without giving out too much details about the algorithm used to determine the hardware fingerprint ... While I'm here, may I ask if...

Win7 reinstall on same hardware = reauth ??

Hi, I had to reinstall Windows 7 completely, and beforehand I took care of saving the auth files for the products I own (BFD2 +3 expansion packs) so as not to use up my auths, but I was quite surprised to see the license manager refuse all 4 .auth files telling me they are "not valid for this c...
