I think I have just about given up on BFD3 and inMusic. No replies to any of my requests. When I get my next computer BFD will be toast unless I am contacted soon. What about all the contact details with FXpansion. Surlely we could have been sent a reassuring email of intent? But no, nothing.
I have sent a number of support requests to inMusic BFD with no reply. What is going on? I will consider moving on if this issue is not clarified. I guess I'm lucky enough not to have needed to contact support but it is worrying the number of posts on here from people who are seemingly being ignore...
Thanks for that, but unfortunately that is just what I can't do. I can't drag the Drum track into Cubase. This is the reply I got from support: I believe the drag-and-drop of Drum Track was removed in BFD3, as I cannot see any mention of it within the software or the manual. The only way to get your...
Thanks for the reply purtington. I am actually trying to drag the finished arrangement at the bottom of the Grooves page as I used to in Windows 8.1 with Cubase 10. It no longer works and as a result I cannot use this function as it is easier to adjust the velocity levels and a number of other thing...
I have just upgraded to windows 10 and installed the new BFD3 update. Unfortunately I cannot drag the Drum part I have created in the BFD3 edit page into Cubase which creates all kinds of difficulties as I cannot edit further in Cubase. I can however, drag the grooves into Cubase. I have been enjoyi...
Well disappointment for me. Anybody got this version up and running on 8.1? I am not keen on upgrading to windows 10 after the issue I had over-installing my laptop. Not sure I want to spend a lot of time with a clean install.
Thanks Steve. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I have grown to really like the internal editing and use it a lot nowadays. In fact I am wondering why I did not use it before. I would really like a function that moves all the grooves to clear slots when you eventually import in to your DAW t...
I have been using the internal Groove editing for a while and am finding that it has some advantages over the Cubase Drum Editor. However where I have a snare part that does not use any of the articulations I can't seem to be able to add them to the editor. For instance I only have Snare Hit and I w...
Thanks for that! I have been looking into other ways of using the presets. For instance recreating them with my own plugins and saving as a channel preset in Cubase. Obviously the ones that are used in Vintage Recording Techniques will stay as they are. The problem I have had saving the efx presets ...
I have just purchased the Vintage Recording Techniques and I really love it. I have not really made a point of using the efx section, But I really love what has been done to the bass drum. How do I save the whole chain? I have tried saving each individual presetrt and have encountered an error messa...
I consolidate all my grooves into one folder. I have a dedicated BFD drive and remove all grooves from the C drive BFD folders. I can give you the locations if you want when I get home on Sunday. I rationalise all my folders - which is easier when they are all in one place.
