Transferring license (sent two e-mails no response)

Hello, due to an eye condition that's making it very hard to see the Guru browser I'm unfortunately going to have to end up selling it. I've sent two e-mails about selling to two different addresses but haven't heard a response in nearly a week. Where do I direct these? thanks

Sorry to hear about your eye condition.

A Transfer License Authorization is required in order to transfer the registration to another owner. Our policy is explained here:

The license can be paid either by yourself or the new owner. You can purchase the transfer here:

Once you have the License the registration will automatically be transferred to the new owner's FXpansion account.

Which email addresses did you send to? I've just checked all our unanswered support emails and I don't see anything there.

Thanks Rory, actually it wasn't Fxpansion's fault, my fiance just got angry about an e-mail not being sent to her as well so I just double checked my gmail outbox and nothing was sent to you guys (I did hit send on two) Weird, since Gmail has been pretty flawless for me for years...
