Authorizing BFD2

I need to register my copy of BFD2 on my new PC and it won't let me, I've left numerous messages and no one is responding to me. This is not good service. Can someone please help me? I paid four hundred dollars for this program, that's half the cost of a decent PC these days. I left phone response.

Have you created a support ticket through the Support link at the top of the page? If you have check your spam folder to make sure you haven't missed any emails.

I just filled out one again, but I filled one out a few days ago too with no response. Hopefully this gets resolved soon..thanks for your help, I appreciate it very much.

No response from support in weeks.
