Would like to upgrade to BFD3, but my registered email is...

Postby BillyZ » Tue Feb 21, 2017 11:35 pm

Hi. I'm having trouble upgrading from BFD2 to BFD3. My BFD, BFD2 are registered to a defunct email account. Is there way to sort this out from here, or do i need to contact central control by email?

Are you able to log in with your old email and password?
If so you could then just go to your account and change your email and any other details in the, 'edit my account' section.

If that doesn't work then I would contact technical support.
You can file a support request at the link below

Think you'll have to contact tech support with that then. Hopefully they can either access your password or reset it for you.
