Sounds good Gareth, I'm on board. Just gotta ask the question... what are you all looking for? Presets relative to a specific song, general rock/pop/jazz, etc... presets, experimental fx, the wierd and whacky???

Anything! I'd personally love to see presets that people are returning to frequently that have everything sounding just perfecto without any processing outside of BFD2.

Presets for JNF

Postby RicP » Tue Jun 24, 2008 1:21 am

Could I encourage some presets for JNF, particularly Brush kits ?

Also, I can't find any midi-patterns anywhere for brush swirls. If anyone could advise, that would be really appreciated. They are really hard to sound convincing - well, at least I find them hard.

Many thanks

1 Metal preset coming soon along with 2 new grooves to demonstrate it. Sounds awesome here if I do say so myself

I'll re-edit the post and add the preset asap.

P.s. What kits/packs do you all have, and is there a specifc genre you'd like me to work on using a specifc kit/kit pieces? These last 3 presets (inc the one coming) have been done using the AFJ and EJB packs. They rock!!

Just a quick note/shout out... Jacques Mathias' tracks sound awesome IMHO, I hope he pops by and creates some presets too.

Cheers,

Ash

P.p.s Lets get this ball rollin' people, please post yours too :D

Edit;

Kit pieces used in slots: -

1 - 10. EJB Kit 3

Except for slot 8... AFJ Kit 4 Crash 1 (19")

thanks ashely, what is the best way to get the bfd2 groove file into bfd? When I load from file in the groove import import window it doesn't seem to like the file.

thanks again!

Hey gmon72,

Which preset grooves would you like? I can rip them out of the preset as a midi file I reckon and upload them separate.

I was just trying to use your preset with the grooves you mentioned.

No need to do any extra work for me, just curious to try it out the way you meant it demo it.
