Life is like a box of analog chocolates

I've been working in Cypher recently and I think it does old analog flavour sounds with power and finesse.
Here's a rather long demo (11 MB), single presets, no effects, real-time:

www.electric-himalaya.com/demos/Vintage_Analog.mp3

The CPU on some presets goes up a bit, and that's due to more polyphony notes than usual, but that helps to create a sense of ambience in the Pad presets.

Anyone who manages to listen to the whole audio demo gets a box of analog chocolates regardless of the poll. :P

Thanks guys.

I would imagine these would benefit from a little bit of chorus, reverb and delay, in some cases.
If I stick these in Fusor, Forest won't have to run, I suppose.

I'm hoping Ingo will pop by and see if he likes my Cypher Brass preset. :D
Ingo, you like your Strobe brass, how's the one in the demo ?
:)

Thanks Anthony. :)

An upcoming sound bank it is. :D

But it's not all about getting 'dense' analog-style sounds. Here's a demo that shows a bit more, some electro house bass, a few textures exploring FM, a few FM percussion sounds, keys, more club oriented pads, etc.

http://www.electric-himalaya.com/demos/ ... d_bank.mp3

8.4MB @ 192kBps

The bass at 4:28 is nice and chunky. :D

The sound bank is currently at about 400+ presets  so it needs to be pruned down a bit.
There's a whole section dedicated to LFO rhythms, as Cyphers LFOs can groove like John Travolta on Acid.
Demo of those mini Disco LFOs to come...

Thanks for the fix Mr.DJ ! :D What was wrong with it? I couldn't spot any difference between yours and mine. I thought I tested it...hmmm.
