Tom resonance clips at +680dBFS! [BR: 0011589]

Postby bashmentality » Tue Oct 01, 2013 3:59 pm

I'm getting a strange issue here. Sometimes when i turn on the tom resonance the channel clips at up to 680dBFS!
This only happens on high and mid tom, floor tom is fine. The exact peak level depends on what toms are loaded, but this seems to happen with all kit pieces, both from BFD3 and BFD2 as well as the expansions. Sometimes the issue disappears randomly after a while. Happens with both stand-alone and vst version. It only happens when the tom resonance is being turned on. When loading a preset or a project in cubase where the tom resonance is already enabled, it never seems to happen, so as a work-around i can save after enabling the feature and reload.

Anyone else is experiencing this?

just as a confirmation: I get these 680 dBFS too...
here: turning it 'on' on HiTom channel= fine, but switching it 'on' on the LowTom channel=problem, Snare channel=problem

regards
