title says it all...

is there potential for weird artifacts while it is on, whilst normally using cymbals?
Core i7 2700
6 HDDs SATA one specifically for BFD2 and SSD4
Presonus Firepod with v2.46 drivers

I think it's all in the name of resources. I often have it on for things like hi-hats, and even there I've notice a bit more CPU power being used.
