Loop Loft Midi packs

Postby gunderock21 » Tue Jan 15, 2019 2:34 am

Hey all,
I'm a newy to BFD3 and I am just getting started using it. Without Rail from Platinum Samples setting me up I'd still be lost. Anyway, my question is how do I get BFD3 to play Loop Loft midi correctly. It hits a tom instead of the snare when I load up some midi. Guess I'm doing it the wrong way and need some seasoned folks to help put me inside the zone. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I think it's a set up issue no doubt. Love the sounds though. Wow the Andy Johns kits are super. Have a good one.

Hey Steve,

Thanks for the answer mate. I'll give it a go and see what happens. I'm pretty slack at BFD3 at the moment but I do appreciate the help!
Thanks and have a great day/night

There should be no need to make a new keymap. It is more than likely that the Loop Loft Midi packs are in General MIDI format, to which you can use the GM keymap, or even the BFD2 keymap.
