A little latency running td12 to midi sport to usb on computer playing bfd2 stanalone. I have a td12 roland mac pro 2 gig ram 2.86 quad core intel 2.6 800 mhz. playing the roland into bfd2 stanalone in the mac out thru a apogee duet to a pa. it works but has some latency. can anyone tell if theres anything i can do to try to get this latency better. someone said i could lower the i/o buffers are they in bfd2 or on the mac somewhere. thanks for any help.

Greetings,

The buffer settings can be adjusted in BFD2 in stand alone mode.

Top left of the computer screen (with BFD2 in stand alone)..... You can click up there and you will find the buffer settings. It would also help if you can increase the amount of RAM and for live playing, make sure that you have BFD2 in 16bit mode.

Have fun.
John

What OS do you have? You should always try to use the latest builds.
